If you’ve always dreamed of running your own Popeye’s Louisana Chicken location, this rental on Airbnb in St. Louis has the hookup.

The retired Popeye’s location has seen many lives. When it exited the chicken business, it became a China King Express, but now it can be your new favorite gathering spot.

Located at 6125 Natural Bridge Avenue (between Kienlen Avenue and Goodfellow Boulevard), the building is available for day rentals, and visitors will be granted access to the entire 2,300-square-foot building, including the kitchen and the basement.

Guests can check in as early as 1 p.m., but they must be out before midnight the same day. Overnight guests are not permitted.

Our first thoughts were that this would be a great place to rent for wedding photos (or to make wedding night-style videos) but this former chicken joint is offered as a wholesome gathering spot for "all occasions."

The listing reads:

“This venue is perfect for book clubs, business meetings, graduation or birthday get together, lunch n’ learn, networking events, wedding receptions, or just a private family get together under one roof!”
