The Pride Care-A-Van parade was born last June when the usual Pride celebrations had to be altered as a result of the pandemic.
This year, the car parade was revived and the rolling party brought rainbow flair and a sense of community and solidarity to St. Louis Streets.
In addition to members of St. Louis' queer community and local allies, the parade participants included Missouri Congresswoman Cori Bush and Mayor Tishaura Jones.
The route weaved through midtown, downtown, the Central West End and most of south city on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Our photographer was at the parade and at the after party to capture all of the fun.
