The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck Is Returning to St. Louis This Saturday [PHOTOS]
Nobody knows what kind of world we’ll be living in on Saturday after this, the longest week in recorded history, but hopefully that world will include our favorite friend from Japan.
After a massively successful stop in St. Louis last spring, the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is making a return visit this Saturday, November 7.
The touring cafe and gift shop will be parked at West County Center (80 West County Center Drive, Des Peres) near the old BRAVO! Cucina Italiana from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and you can stop by and indulge in all of your favorite Hello Kitty-inspired treats and toys.
For this swing through town, the staff on the truck will be taking pandemic precautions while serving guests. In addition to wearing masks and gloves and requiring social distancing, they’ll be doing regular sanitation of the counters and card readers while also offering cardless transactions. And the truck will only be accepting debit or credit cards for payment. No cash allowed.
They’re selling all new items on this tour stop, too, which will thrill serious collectors. Many of the items that will be available are pictured here in this collection. Here’s the latest info direct from the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck:
“Fans of Hello Kitty can look forward to NEW exclusive goodies and limited-edition collectibles, including: a NEW Hello Kitty Cafe Cookie Plush; NEW hand-decorated cookie sets; Sprinkle Mugs; Enamel Pin Sets (2 styles); Madeleine Cookie Sets and Hello Kitty Cafe Canvas Totes. Other best-selling items include Stainless Steel Thermal Bottles, Sprinkle T-shirts, Bow-shaped Water Bottles, Giant Hello Kitty Cafe Chef Cookies and a Cafe Lunchbox.”
