The drinks were flowing, the outfits were outrageous and the good times rolled this year at Soulard's annual Mardi Gras extravaganza. St. Louis hosts the second largest Mardi Gras party in all of the United States, and we really did it up right in 2019. With a huge parade plus hurricane drinks swirling, beads flying and beer bubbling, there was plenty to see and celebrate this year.
