Now in its fifth year, Pü Fest is a DIY, weirdo alternative to LouFest. Held on Cherokee Street on the same dates as its bigger brother (this year's venues are Foam and RKDE), it features a wide variety of artists from St. Louis as well as ones from across the country.
With the cancellation of LouFest this year, Pü Fest became the reigning champion of weekend party scene. Concert-goers packed in tightly in the walls of Foam on Saturday to listen to acts perform. Rap, punk, rock, electronic and more genres were represented in the fifth-annual music festival. Fans gathered in the rain out on the street to peek through the windows at bands like the Lou's own Sea Priestess, Jane Wave, MOM, Teacup Dragun and (the much-missed) Nineteen playing a reunion set.
