Drew Wojcik bought this property back in the early aughts, according to a 2013 profile, and he spent a year and a half on a gut rehab. The 3,700-square-foot space, considered a Missouri landmark, is undeniably one of a kind and beautiful: a marble fireplace, some of the original pine floors, a whirlpool and, yes, an art gallery on the first floor.
