Nothing tells the story of the climactic weeks following Michael Brown's death quite like images of the actual events. Photographers of all backgrounds and levels of experience captured what happened in the days after Brown was shot by Ferguson Officer Darren Wilson, and they stayed on the story for more than a year. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch photo staff even won the 2015 Pulitzer Prize for Breaking News Photography for its coverage of the protests. Now, the nonprofit venture Chronicle :: Ferguson is looking to release a crowd-sourced photobook featuring first-person accounts of everything that transpired. They plan to donate one to every public high school, college and library in the city and county of St. Louis, making the book a resource for future generations. But they need your help to make all of this possible. Get a sneak peak of some of the photos here, and then check out their Kickstarter for more info on how you can contribute.
