The Contemporary Art Museum's Dada Ball is always the most impressive art party of the year -- and 2019 was no exception. Held at the Palladium just east of the Lafayette Square neighborhood, the ball had a theme this year of "We Are Made of Star-Stuff" -- which meant that most of the people in attendance came dressed in fabulous sparkly gowns, space suits, glitter makeup or futuristic fashions. The space odyssey continued after the Dada Ball into the after-party, the Dada Bash, where spirits were high and a spontaneous dance-off took place on the dance floor.
