Dearly Beloved, We Gathered in the Loop Sunday to Celebrate Prince's Life

When music phenom Prince died last Thursday, the world went into mourning. But on Sunday, St. Louis music lovers gathered at Vintage Vinyl in celebration of the Purple One's life and impact. Chalk R!ot created a sidewalk mural in honor of the artist, Turntable Orchestra spun tracks, fans flocked to the street in their favorite purple gear and a dance party even made its way around the record store. It was a tribute to remember -- and you can see all the fun right here.
