St. Louis is known for having the second largest Mardi Gras celebration in the country, bested only by New Orleans -- and this past Saturday, Soulard definitely lived up to its reputation as the place where the elite meet to party in the street. Beads, booze, crazy outfits, a parade, people who drank a little too much, people who just couldn't keep their shirts on...this year's party had it all.
