The Mac and Cheese Throwdown at the Moto Museum Was a Damn Good Time

This weekend St. Louis gathered together to celebrate the greatest couple of all time -- carbohydrates and cheese --  at the Moto Museum and Triumph Grill. The Mac and Cheese Throwdown was a big hit, with tickets selling out more than two weeks in advance. Attendees lined up around the block to get in, eager to taste-test the unlimited mac and cheese samples. But more was on offer than just gooey goodness: with great tunes by DJ Mahf, bottomless craft cocktails and plenty of Schlafly beer flowing, we thought the party might go all night. Congratulations to Salt + Smoke: the barbecue juggernaut, which now has two locations, won the coveted People's Choice Award this year. Runner-ups Capitalist Pig and BEAST Craft BBQ also showed they had the right stuff.
